I've been taking the adult Muay Thai kickboxing classes at BBMAC for years so I obviously think it's an amazing place to work out, with excellent classes and people. I love learning a martial art while also getting an intense work out. The classes are fast-moving and engaging. The instructors are super experienced and knowledgeable but break things down in a way that's accessible. It's also a really friendly and welcoming environment--the instructors and students are so encouraging that I push myself harder and have a lot more fun than I would on my own.
I was never a big gym person--I found it boring and had to drag myself there or just didn't go at all. But as soon as I started classes at BBMAC I was basically addicted for all the reasons I've described. I wasn't in great shape when I started but now I'm definitely in the best shape I've ever been.
It is all about family. Adult Muay Thai classes while your children take Tae Kwon Do. Get in the best shape of your life while your children are exposed to the best role models in the community.
Great place to train for both kids and adults. The instructors are very motivating and the atmosphere is fun and family friendly. Definitely worth a visit. I wish I lived closer to get there more often.
Great environment for you and your kids. All I can say is if you ever had any interest in trying Muay Thai, it's the place for you. Great instructors and you will train with an absolutely fantastic group of people. Lots of overlapping class times, so you can train while your kids get top notch tae kwon do instruction with knowledgeable and caring instructors.
This place is amazing. I have been a student for close to 5 years along with my 2 boys who do Taekwondo there. For us it is a family affair and we get to practice it in a family environment, in a business also run by a family. The facility itself is massive compared to other martial arts schools in the area, clean and open. The instructors are top notch. I can't recommend BBMAC enough.
